As Chief Operating Officer, he has responsibility for the day to day operating duties; administration, training, & recruiting. Janice M Sherman, LUTCF, is a Principal of Sherman Insurance Agency. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Southern University and some graduate work, from Memphis State University. Janice serves as Consultant to the Agency bringing more than forty (40) years of insurance experience. She has an extensive background in life and disability insurance, retirement planning, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplements, and Part D plans. She has served the industry as an Agent, Financial Consultant, for Principal Life, AIG and a LIfe Specialist for Allstate LIfe.
As a consultant, she has administrative, managerial, teaching, and training duties. She has been recognized by the industry for quality and quantity performances.
